However, these are sets made from private individuals who are combining a genuine 1999 Proof coin into a 10 coin holder from later sets. There were never any ten coin proof sets offered from the US Mint during the 1999 year. However, a ten coin proof set was introduced in 2000. The genuine 1999 sets contain coins with an “S” Mint Mark from the San Francisco Mint.
